I had a wonderful facial with Katrina on Friday ! She was not only pleasant , she gave me an excellent treatment , she has great technique and applying creams to one’s face ! Thanks for pampering me with an arm and neck message ! .Katrina was very positive and encouraged me to keep taking care of myself , how important it is to have regular treatment . We attended as a family group and all of us had an excellent experience. All of the services were top notch including the massage, facial and pedicure. This was my first time coming to the spa. Jessica did my facial and eyebrows for me. She did and excellent job and was very warm and welcoming. The ambiance was very relaxing and the spa itself was very clean. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend!

Best medi spa in Hamilton!!

My facial peel was nice. Steps and products were well explained. The service was shorter than I expected, and did not include any massage or mask (many times those are included as part of a facial treatment) The aestheticia arrived at the same time as me, 5 minutes before the start time, which seemed a little Unprofessional. My service was supposed to include a drink, I was expecting a specialty coffee or other beverage, only water was offered, and then not delivered. This was a way jag voucher at a lower price, however I wouldn’t spend the reg $200 for this level of service.
