Meg is amazing ! I had gone somewhere a couple years ago before meeting Meg and they had absolutely destroyed my hair. Meg has been awesome offering advice cutting the other salons screw up out little by little and getting this mop back on track. I WILL NOT go to anyone else. She is hands down the best ! I HIGHLY recommend her !

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

This was my first time to the salon and was a little nervous meeting a new stylist. Rita was awesome - knew exactly what to do to start bringing my over processed balayage slowly back to a more natural tone so I can start on my journey to embrace the grey LOL. She’s a real gem!

First time at this spa and they were so friendly I felt right at home. I walked in without an appointment they took me right away and Sophie the young lady who did my nails is fantastic. I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I strongly recommend Kilai Skin, especially if you live in the Hamilton area.
