I’ve realised I’ve not had a proper massage before having this one from Paula. She managed to work into my areas of pain so well that in 30 mins my back and shoulders feel how they used to before the build up of tension. Sasha was fantastic. My deep tissue message was wonderful. Had an amazing experience and enjoyed the conversation too. I slept in for the first time in years so she must have worked some magic. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Superb massage once again. Treated a couple of problem areas, knots etc and stiff joints which Sasha spotted without me telling her.

Always feel so relaxed after a massage. Exactly what I needed.

Had the most amazing couple mini spa session today with Sharon. Me and my partner arrived and we relaxed and had full body stone massage each. We both say we felt like we been off the world for awhile. Was so nice to have some head space. Thank you Sharon
