I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Such compassionate, professional and expert attention to detail with a great consultation at the beginning where I felt really heard, ensuring all my body's needs were met and I felt held and cared for throughout the treatment. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!
