I recently visited for a brow wax and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The lovely lady who attended to me was incredibly friendly and kind her name is Rebecca, making me feel welcome right from the start. She was professional and respectful which I truly appreciated. She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease.
