Beyond her technical proficiency, Sophie was a delight to converse with, making the appointment both efficient and enjoyable. She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I recently visited for a brow wax and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The lovely lady who attended to me was incredibly friendly and kind her name is Rebecca, making me feel welcome right from the start. She was professional and respectful which I truly appreciated. Had an Eyebrow Touch up. Not had them done for years. The colours Lisa uses last a very long time. My Eyebrows look really good, well defined. Definitely worth having them done. Lisa is the best. Wouldn't go elsewhere.
