I had a wonderful cranial massage by Camille who was warm, friendly, put me at ease at once and provided the best therapy I have ever experienced! My tense neck and shoulder muscles finally began to relax after months of stress and the head and face massage was truly healing. The Wellness Lounge is always so welcoming, and their beautiful new location adds to the relaxing experience. Holly was great, she was calm, relaxing and the massage and cupping session was just what I needed after a busy weekend full of activities, the tension I felt in my body was practically gone after the session and I'm sure I may have dozed off. Shame there isn't a higher rating to give cause she deserves it.

There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. Another great experience with Camille. This was my first massage with her and it was brilliant, she understood my bodies response and also checked in with me regularly. She also weaved in some work with acupressure points and cupping which I really enjoyed.

I’m delighted to have found an experienced and brilliant masseuse in Cardiff! I went for the hot stone upper body massage with dry cupping after having a baby and Holly was very considerate of my circumstances and listened attentively to what I needed. The massage was AMAZING and exactly what I needed for my postpartum recovery. I will be returning again’!

I’ve had many massages over the years, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Holly was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Every movement was purposeful, and the tension I carried melted away almost instantly. Camille is a very clever lady. She knows what this body parts does and what that body part does. After booking an appt and telling her my history she knew straight away what type of therapy I needed and it was accupuncture. After 3 sessions I already feel much better I have fibromyalgia and i normally hurt all the time but with this therapy its not too as bad it doesnt hurt for hrs at a time. Camille really has time for her clients and gets a great buzz out of helping them to her its such a reward and not all about the money! Well that's the picture I get anyway after having 3 treatments!!
