Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. We've done out first full session on my tattoo removal and I cannot be happier. The service is fantastic, Sam is just lush and super calming, welcoming and just lovely, such an understanding person. Must be around six years I've been going here now - apart from a year during the pandemic. On the barber side (I have no experience of the tattoo side) they're all exceptional professionals and friendly with it. You can't go wrong with any of them really. I'm not a social animal but I've had some easy conversation there, football free to boot, thank the lord. It's hard to go somewhere else now. I live much further afield these days and still find myself travelling in. The appointment system is robust and accommodating/fair and prices reasonable for the service you get. Strong recommend.

My daughter had her ears pierced with Morgan in the Cardiff store and we couldn’t be happier. Morgan was brilliant and really friendly, the shop is lovely and very welcoming. We walked in without an appointment and were seen straight away. Will definitely go back for any more piercings in the future.

I had a really great experience at Empress Piercing Cardiff. The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained clearly, and they took their time to make sure I was relaxed and happy with the placement. The studio was clean, professional, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The piercing itself was quick and almost painless, and I was given clear aftercare instructions. I’d definitely recommend them and will be coming back in the future!

In Cardiff for work and needed a haircut, booked in with Dan with just 24 hours notice and had the best buzz cut skin fade and beard trim I've had for ages. Friendly, good chat and listened to what I wanted. Will definitely be back when I'm next in Cardiff. Don't hesitate to book or call in if you're in Cardiff even if you're just visiting.

I had my first session of a tattoo removal today, Sam was amazing! She really helped me understand the process in removing the tattoo and was happy to answer my questions. The pain was totally bearable but Sam explained that we can stop whenever 😊 Would deffo recommend if you’re looking for tattoo removal!
