Thorough consultation to go over medical info, areas of focus and what I was looking for from the treatment. Really appreciated this as it made me feel heard, comfortable and confident. There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Very welcoming and Informative around the treatment I was about to have. The small touches made such a difference- lovely warm room, nice decor, warm bed, bottle of water, hair tie etc- just made the whole experience feel luxurious. Thank you!!

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waiyee was my therapist and she was very welcoming and explained the process thoroughly. She gave me options and worked alongside my needs, so this made my experience very personalised. I’ve had many massages over the years, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Holly was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Every movement was purposeful, and the tension I carried melted away almost instantly. The facial massage left my skin glowing, and I felt totally rejuvenated by the end. It was truly a transformative experience, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. Been going to Haus for a while now. It’s no longer ‘going for a massage’. It feels like going to see a friend.
