I attended ClincTwenty2 to have my semi-permanent eyebrows removed. The lady that carried out the treatment was very professional. She asked me pertinent questions and was very approachable and friendly. She gave me an ice pack to use before and after the treatment, which worked so well numbing the area, I didn't have any pain both during and after treatment. She gave me full aftercare instructions and a pot of cream to use, as she said the area may become dry. Her rates are extremely good and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service! I was made to feel so comfortable while having microblading done! Definitely recommend to anyone. So confident without makeup now! Had little to no brow hair and fair to say that you couldn’t tell now. Very excited to show off my new brows! Perfect shape! Perfect colour! In the words of Tina Turner ‘Simply the Best’. Cherri is a little brow genius. I absolutely love my new brows, so much so I could have crashed my car driving home as I kept looking at them in the mirror 😂😂 jokes ! Cherri talked me through everything and was so lovely. I couldn’t recommend The Brow Loft enough as the place to go if you want fantastic brows.

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!

I've recently had lip blush 💋 and powder brows with Naomi, and absolutely love them. I'm a 50 year old woman and my brows were looking. ...well they were invisible, and now it actually looks like I have eyebrows, but very very natural. And my lips have a flush of beautiful colour. I'm very happy and much more confident, and actually I'm now not wearing make up because I don't have to pencil my brows in every day. I love them, thank you Naomi you are very talented 🙏💝

Wonderful Experience, Michelle is a perfectionist in all her treatments. I have had Microblading, Medical Pedicure, Bio Sculpture Gel and lash and brow lift. I even signed up for her Loyalty Card. I won't go to anyone else.

Excellent experience with Lisa this morning, I had wanted to have my lips filled for a while but wanted to talk it through first so only booked to have my eyebrows tattooed today. Whilst I was there I discussed lip fillers with Lisa and I was lucky enough for Lisa to have time to do my lips too. I'm very happy with my new brows and the 1/2ml lip filler that I've had done today. Going to see Lisa is always a positive experience ✨️

Went in for microblading for the first time, Lisa was really professional and kind she talked me through it every step of the way and she made me feel comfortable by showing me what she was doing in steps and making sure that I was completely happy with the shape numerous times before going ahead. So happy with the result better than expected looks like actual eyebrow hair, will be seeing her again in 4 weeks for my top up .

Hannah is absolutely lovely—so accommodating and instantly makes you feel comfortable. She does an amazing job with my eyebrows, even after years of over-plucking them in the ‘90s!
