The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

The best nail bar I´ve been to in Cardiff. Salah is great, very kind and professional. I got a simple manicure done and my nails look perfect. I will definitely repeat! The salon is very clean and has many polisher colours to choose. Also, the location is great - right in the entrance of Penarth with plenty of free parking space.

My daughter & I had a bikini wax for holiday. It was my daughters first time getting waxed & she was very nervous but the lady that did our treatment was lovely & helped ease my daughters worries. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being so lovely

This was the first appointment I booked with Beauty box and I was a little nervous going for a wax with someone new, but I shouldn’t of been. The lady who waxed me was so friendly and professional. I now have a new place to go for my waxing 10/10! 100% recommend this place for waxing

Kirsty is super friendly and effecient. She worked quickly but didn't rush the waxing. She also introduced me to threading. No more waxing face for me! Amazing results! Thank you x

After having a bad waxing experience with a previous company, I was a little nervous about a new business, however, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Charlie was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The room was lovely and clean and bright, and the service itself was great. I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!
