Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

After bad experiences with microblading in the past, Cherri put me at complete ease and reassured me. She genuinely wants to give you the best result possible and is a real professional. She made sure I was happy at every stage and the aftercare is great too. I would definitely recommend her! 😄

Meeting Charlie was a pleasure in its self, she is very welcoming and made it clear from the start that if I needed anything changed it would not be a problem, she had already showed this by listening to what I wanted and working her magic and coming up with a design that I loved. The tattoo is beautiful and was pain free. We chatted and laughed throughout which puts you at ease. The studio was spotless and I’m already booked in for my next one.

Such a lovely afternoon ☺️ I felt very relaxed and well looked after. Every step of the process was clearly explained and then carried out. Absolutely thrilled with my brows today! After years of various machines brows and microblading, and then laser removal, this is the first time I've actually been happy with the results! Am beyond pleased with them! Only wish I had found Cherri sooner. I was initially nervous about getting them done again but need not have been - she puts so much work into making sure they're spot on, and knows brows and pigments inside out :-) I'd 100% recommend the Brow Loft to anyone! Wouldn't go anywhere else now!
