Brought my mum for a belated mothers day present, we were very much not disappointed. We had Filip help us with all the ins and puts of the recovery lounge and he was very lovely and helpful, will definitely be booking with the wellness lounge again in the near future

Excellent experience in the Recovery Lounge. We were extremely well looked after by Filip who explained everything perfectly. We will build ourselves up to Veteran status on the cold plunge challenge! We will definitely be back!

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. I would highly recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone no matter your goal, you’ll be well looked after here!

Afternoon well spent. Recovery and Well-being 90 minutes. My partner and I enjoyed a great experience recovering and enjoying overall well-being. Paul is incredibly professional and guided us through the practice. We enjoyed our time and will be back to enjoy the recovery lounge. Thank you

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

2nd session in the recovery lounge - 1st one was great, 2nd one even better as they've added a cold plunge! Crazy experience to go into freezing water after the infrared sauna. Loved it.

Just had a great sports massage with Waiyee. She clearly knows her stuff—both as a runner herself and from her experience working with runners and other athletes. She quickly identified areas that needed attention and gave specific, practical advice on some niggles and potential issues. Friendly, professional, and easy to chat to throughout. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone who really understands the demands of running and sport.
