Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension. I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a bit of self-care ✨

Holly was great, she was calm, relaxing and the massage and cupping session was just what I needed after a busy weekend full of activities, the tension I felt in my body was practically gone after the session and I'm sure I may have dozed off. It was my first massage with Camille and, due to health and issues with body image I was initially anxious. But, even after one brief chat on the phone to arrange the appointment I felt safe with Camille. She has a wonderful energy that instils trust, calm&enables one to feel accepted &completely let go of worried thoughts if you're prone to them. The massage itself was INCREDIBLE.She is very intuitive, but also wants to be guided by you/the client. Eg. She asks what areas are most important to you to work on& throughout the treatment adapts according to needs/preference. Highly rec!
