Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely wonderful experience with Camille! Had a bespoke massage with acupuncture and cupping and it was fantastic, she makes you feel so comfortable and her attention to detail gives such luxurious touch to the appointment. Would highly highly recommend any of her treatments!

I had such a great experience with Holly; before starting we discussed what would be done and I was provided all the information about cupping as it was my first time… but definitely not my last! Holly was great, she was calm, relaxing and the massage and cupping session was just what I needed after a busy weekend full of activities, the tension I felt in my body was practically gone after the session and I'm sure I may have dozed off. Shame there isn't a higher rating to give cause she deserves it.

Another great experience with Camille. This was my first massage with her and it was brilliant, she understood my bodies response and also checked in with me regularly. She also weaved in some work with acupressure points and cupping which I really enjoyed.

Lovely treatment! From start to finish Camille was so warm professional and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated.
