First time using Kats Claws to have my eyebrows waxed. Was made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as I stepped in. My concerns were taken into account and each step was explained to me. Charlie is amazing at what she does! Such a warm and friendly atmosphere at every apt I attend at The Beauty House. I am so so pleased with my brows and lashes. I highly recommend SPMU brows! Once done, they are low maintenance and look great for such a long time before you need the top up / refresh apt.
