The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

Amazing Cait as always...fab facial and no fuss waxing....Great.

The best nail bar I´ve been to in Cardiff. Salah is great, very kind and professional. I got a simple manicure done and my nails look perfect. I will definitely repeat! The salon is very clean and has many polisher colours to choose. Also, the location is great - right in the entrance of Penarth with plenty of free parking space.

Have my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Cait and I’m always so pleased with them, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!

After having a bad waxing experience with a previous company, I was a little nervous about a new business, however, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. First time using Kats Claws to have my eyebrows waxed. Was made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as I stepped in. My concerns were taken into account and each step was explained to me.
