Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

“I had a 60-minute shoulder, back & neck massage and it was fantastic. Ewelina checked in about the pressure, found all the tight spots in my shoulders and upper back, and worked them out without it being painful. The space was clean, calm, and professional. It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Sanela is a skin guru! I went for my first Extraction Appointment this morning off the back of her recommendation and she managed to clear pores I’ve been conscious of for years. She was gentle but thorough and checked in on my comfort level throughout the facial. Every product is explained and she gave me tailored tips for my skin type. I will be booking in again soon. Highly Recommend.

Such a lovely massage, Very relaxing and got rid of a lot of tension. I was made to feel very welcome and Comfortable. I will be booking again.

I had a back, neck & shoulder massage today and wow it was incredible. Made to feel at home the minute I walked in, a lovely, relaxing setting and the treatment was amazing. So relaxing and got real value for money. Some places give you a treatment time and alot of it’s spent consulting and filling out forms. This was a full hour of treatment, will definitely be booking again.

Felt relaxed after service and heals body pain

I had a body massage and reflexology. It was very relaxing which made me feel great afterwards. The reflexology also eased my foot pain.

Excellent service, very clean space. Rakhi is very professional and friendly. Booked me in into very short notice. I had a great full body massage + Indian head massage. I also had some waxing and threading done and I'm very happy with Rakhi's attention to detail. I will definitely be back and will bring friends and family to her. Thank you
