I always book appointments with Jacy because she is exceptionally skilled, provides excellent service, and has such gentle, careful hands in her work. Her kindness & professionalism make her stand out. I also want to thank all the staff at the salon — everyone is friendly and pleasant to deal with. One suggestion for improvement: I hope the appointment booking App can be enhanced, as it's currently difficult to manage appointments smoothly.

The best team in here ❤️ yesterday I did manicure service and the nail polish product failed the artist.. Mona is one of the best/nicest nail artists that I’ve dealt with! She honestly never disappointed me and I honestly regret reviewing her less than what she deserves yesterday, especially that the operational manager in the salon was very proactive and understanding. Not my first time here and definitely not the last!!
