Martha was amazing. She was kind and professional and did such a great job with my first wax in 6 months. As far as waxes go, it was not super painful. My husband got a massage by Sophy and said it was incredible. We will be back!

If you're new to waxing, you need to book Mel! Her studio is super clean and organized. She is so warm, gentle, and a professional. I was a little anxious, but she made me feel comfortable by keeping up a great conversation. The process wasn't as painful, I would 💯 reccomend you try her services.

It was a great experience.. The staff are friendly and also being my first time to get a wax, the pain level wasn't as I'd expected However though please ensure the service provider is wearing gloves to protect them and the customer too Otherwise it was an overall awesome experience, will be definitely coming back

Excellent service. Mel is very knowledgeable,best waxing experience I've had. Very professional too,organised and very clean.i love the idea of disposables,very hygienic.

I had a lovely Silver Hammam and wax, kind and friendly personnel (shout out to Sophy). Also really thorough and shared knowledge about the products and processes. Unsure if affected by Ramadhan but a little tea or water on arrival or before leaving would be a great touch, particularly as I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time. Thanks, I'll be back!

This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’ve been visiting Mel for months now and My skin feels smoother and healthier every time, and I’ve noticed such a difference since coming here. The service is 💯 — professional, yet friendly and super attentive. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly a top priority, she uses hard wax which does a cleaner job, instantly putting me at ease. On top of that, Mels personality makes the whole process so comfortable and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this studio truly does. Highly recommended!
