Lovely space to be treated in. Hot chair and eye mask and after 15min I was so relaxed. Walked out feeling like I’d had a little holiday. It was such a treat to switch off for an hour and have time to heal.

Another wonderful session with Jess. I slept so well last night after having a little period of 3am wake ups (thanks hormones). I also noticed that despite my wake up call being my boys being less than friendly to each other, I was able to be calm and deal with it with kindness. Jess' treatments are simply wonderful. She is so calm and patient and puts you at complete ease.
