Fab sports therapy massage in a cute private space next to the house so very peaceful. James is very knowledgeable and easy to get on with and I felt very comfortable telling him where I was in discomfort with my knotty shoulders. Really happy with my overall experience with Ryan. I came in for insertions Achilles tendinopathy. I've now completed a 6 session course of shockwave therapy and I have experienced gradual improvement until 4th session and in the past 2 sessions, 5-6 I've experienced significant improvement and now I'm at a level where we are doing an injury assessment to assess where I'm at with my goal of playing football and other sports.

So another brilliant session for my teenager today. As a regional swimmer, rugby player and footballer he’s prone to doing too much and needing the team to help him put himself back together - but Ryan really is a consummate professional and his approach really is excellent. My lad understands and trusts Ryan’s advice and support and Ryan genuinely has a gift to treat the whole client not just their injury. Excellent!!

With an upgrade in James’ music this has added to the experience and is a welcome distraction whilst being kneaded from head to toe. The new set up is really cosy and feels very private. No one else I would go to.

Ryan is excellent at what he does. He has a very broad knowledge of the body. He has a very good approach to enabling you to recover. He is also very enthusiastic and gives 110%. I always feel better after a session and more confident I can over come the issues I went with.

Seemingly unlinked small niggles were identified as part of a bigger problem confirmed through testing. Work was done and retesting showed 25-30% improvements and I left feeling better and confident in my ability to perform my chosen sport. Well worth the investment.

I came to Ryan with pain in my right hip and he did a full assessment and made a plan of how to get me to a place of reduced pain. We did 4 sessions of focused shock wave therapy which has worked really well. Ryan also gave me some great exercises and stretches to do. Ryan's knowledge and understanding meant I was given great in-depth guidance and support throughout the process. I felt listened to and confident in the treatment plan. Thanks to his expertise, I'm now moving with much less discomfort and have a clear path forward to eventually be pain-free.

I read about M20 online and the reviews were really positive I have been to see them with a plantar fasciitis problem I have now seen Ryan (young one) on two occasions and I am really impressed with his knowledge and treatment which is already reaping benefits after trying other treatments for 5 months.I have had shockwave therapy and been taught how to stretch.I can highly recommend M20.
