Hello.  I'm Jess, owner of Eden Reflexology.  I am a fully insured Level 5 Clinical reflexologist, offering a range of reflexology treatments.  I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and I am passionate about providing bespoke, effective treatments to my clients.  

My treatment room offers a calm and relaxing space, allowing clients to focus on their wellbeing and health.

This treatment is for all new clients and includes a medical and lifestyle consultation followed by a full investigative reflexology treatment to cover all the reflexes on the feet.  

If you would rather the treatment was carried out on your hands rather than feet please let me know in the notes section.

This treatment is for clients following on from the initial treatment and would be working with a client's own bespoke treatment plan.  

Foot Reflexology-Repeat Visit

This treatment is ideal for people with foot injuries, infections or sensitivities, whilst having the same benefits as foot reflexology.

Hand Reflexology-Repeat Visit

Auricular Reflexology-Repeat visit

If you are looking to help with a specific condition, we would recommend a course of treatments as it may take several sessions to feel the benefits of reflexology.  During the course of treatments, a bespoke treatment plan is prepared, tailored to your specific needs and condition.  You save 10% when you book and pay for a course of 6 clinical reflexology treatments.    

Reflexology-Course of 6 Treatments

This is a specialist reflexology treatment particularly effective in helping people suffering from stress and anxiety.  It is a lovely gentle treatment, aimed at revitalising and restoring the mind, body and spirit.  This treatment is only offered by Level 5 Clinical Reflexologists.

NEPIP

Auricular reflexology works in the same way as foot and hand reflexology but by working the external reflex points of the ear.  Auricular reflexology can be highly effective and powerful particularly for acute conditions.  Ear seeds are small seeds which are used to stimulate certain reflex and acupressure points to continue to stimulate and work after the treatment.   These stay in place with a tiny clear plaster.

This is for client’s that have already attended an initial auricular reflexology consultation and would like ear seeds replacing.

Please note than any existing ear seeds should be removed 24 hours before the treatment.
