The new ambience here creates a soothing environment. The separation of rooms with walls instead of curtains really enhances the sense of privacy, which I find comforting. Della has always been amazing with my massage, and I’m grateful for her skills. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes when staff members are chatting amongst themselves, their voices can rise, which tends to disrupt the serene atmosphere. I understand they’re just trying to communicate with one another and I empathize with that but a softer communication style could really help preserve the peaceful vibe for everyone.

Eri is very skilled and excellent massuer. I booked him for 1.5hr massage and he did an excellent job. I was very impressed with pressure that he put on for the massage. I really enjoyed the service. One piece advice or feed back about the massuer was keep talking to customer and it’s pretty annoying. Spa suppose to be quiet and calm but my neighbours keep talking and non stop. Unfortunately the room is not sound proof. Other than that everything was perfect and good.

It was my first time visiting Lawa Lawa Spa and I must say that the experience was amazing. My masseuse Misha really did a great job massaging my back especially my problematic lower back. Their dry cupping service was also good so I look forward to doing the wet cupping here in the future. 10/10 would definitely recommend.👍🏻
