Mariyam was phenomenal—one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. She also did my hair wash and blow-dry, and I walked out feeling like a pageant star. I was really impressed with her skills 11/10. The only reason I rated it “good” instead of “great” was the noise. It was quite loud downstairs—likely from the front desk—and I had to ask for music to help drown it out which thankfully M had. It improved, but it was still distracting when you’re trying to relax during a massage. Perhaps the management could add some sound proofing in the room so clients can have a soothing experience.

As soon as I stepped through the door I was welcomed by Erika who was so sweet. The therapist Veronika was amazing she asked me what I wanted to achieve and adapted the treatment accordingly. This is actually my second review because Ease Spa was THAT good! I had a spa treatment yesterday that I originally paid for, but when they noticed I had accidentally overpaid, they immediately accommodated me with a complimentary 20-minute focus massage. I don’t recall the name of the therapist, but she was absolutely amazing and so sweet, professional, and a really great masseuse. Both visits left me feeling relaxed, cared for, and truly impressed. Highly recommend!

A very wonderful and very relaxing Head Spa experience! Julie got to explain about my hair type and the Sweet Head Spa treatment process. The whole duration I felt very relaxed.
