Visited twice before so recommended this Spa to my mom. My mom then purchased a gift voucher for me as a Christmas gift in December 2023. It was valid for 6 months. Unfortunately, I misplaced the voucher and was unable to find it. As a one off, the spa Manager gave the go ahead for me to have the treatment without the voucher. They were able to accommodate myself and my husband (we of course paid for him) for massages. The treatment itself was very relaxing and therapist was attentive and friendly. Top Rating Service!

My experience is always a real and raw experience with Pele. Her massages are never a disappointment in helping fix what needs to be fixed physically, not only that but mentally and emotionally she is there listening. I’m looking forward to our future appointments.

I have found Pele's oncology massages have been really great. Also she is so knowledgeable about what things she can do to help me as my doctor has basically told me ther is nothing more they can do for me. So I am managing things on my own.

I’ve never experienced Swedish massage and it was nice with the massage therapist, the downfall is parking at the facility, it is very limited. The staff are friendly and it was relaxing.

I’ve had a few hilot massages across a couple of the bamboo spa branches and today’s hard pressure massage was the best experience I’ve had of them all. Pele is a miracle worker, went in feeling exhausted, tired and stressed and left floating on clouds. I always find it hard to fall asleep but as soon as i got home after my massage, laid on my bed and was out within 10mins and woke up feeling so good and refreshed. Pele is such a wonderful person with a big heart, the moment i stepped into her room i felt so comfortable and welcomed which made my experience even better. Anyone wanting a massage or fine tune for the body, look no further than Pele...she's hands down the absolute best.

It is home based, so, a humble studio unit next to a main residential property, but the massage and facial was super relaxing and my skin was left glowing. I had just experienced a full body pregnancy massage at a fancy beauty clinic in Ponsonby the week prior, and although that facility was stunning and purpose built, I preferred the massage at Magic Touch. I also got the brow shape, tint & lash tint as part of the package - brows look good! Great value for money. I'll be back😊

Hands down the best I have ever had. Not only did she massage me she helped me and educated me with my body. As an athlete our bodies are the way we make a living she wasn’t just massaging me because I was paying her to do it she was making sure I understood why my body was feeling this way and let me know how I can help myself heal. Will definitely be back and must say Pele needs a job in the sporting industry education medical staff on what they should and shouldn’t be to athletes.
