Great experience with Bala. The massage was awesome, been dealing with a lot of aches from having a busy lifestyle and was able to really relax all the tight muscles. Pressure was good throughout the whole session. Would highly recommend if you are in need of some relaxation and recovery.

Visited twice before so recommended this Spa to my mom. My mom then purchased a gift voucher for me as a Christmas gift in December 2023. It was valid for 6 months. Unfortunately, I misplaced the voucher and was unable to find it. As a one off, the spa Manager gave the go ahead for me to have the treatment without the voucher. They were able to accommodate myself and my husband (we of course paid for him) for massages. The treatment itself was very relaxing and therapist was attentive and friendly. Top Rating Service!

I’ve never experienced Swedish massage and it was nice with the massage therapist, the downfall is parking at the facility, it is very limited. The staff are friendly and it was relaxing.

Thank you Salve! Great massage. My first hard pressure massage, it was painful but good. I’ve had a few hilot massages across a couple of the bamboo spa branches and today’s hard pressure massage was the best experience I’ve had of them all. Great experience. I really appreciate the lady that did my massage. It really means so much to me. I was over 15 minutes late and I didn't get turned away. I really needed a massage as I have been having neck and back aches due to stress, low activity and poor health lifestyle and poor sleeping position due to my poor health as an asthmatic and coughing. I got emotional while lying on the bed and getting massaged because I am grieving at this time with the loss of my daughter and her baby 3wks ago. So I thank you very much for being caring and for showing a smile when I turned up late. Thank u
