I had a Cult Initiation (consultation) with Charlotte followed by an Osmosis facial. Charlotte was so knowledgeable and her expertise was very apparent. She took the time to explain to me what was showing up on my skin and how this was influenced by internal factors. Her treatment and follow up gave recommendations to address my concerns. The treatment itself was very relaxing and she had a beautiful massage technique. My skin was dewy and glowing straight after. I highly recommend Charlotte!

For years, we have been coming to get a massage at Siwalai monthly, it is always a great pleasure, so much so that each time we find that it is the best, so we continue! We moved from the North Shore to South Auckland, we looked but did not find an equivalent, Siwalai is the best massage in the entire region. One of the best treatments I have ever had! Charlotte is an amazing therapist who I thoroughly recommend to everybody! Charlotte has the most amazing skin and health knowledge which blew me away. I had a skin issue when I arrived and a week later after one treatment and some aftercare advice, my skin has fully cleared. I had a Pro Skin 60 and it was worth every penny. The way Charlotte applied every product was an experience in itself and the massage that I received while the products were doing their magic was unreal. I floated out of the treatment room feeling so relaxed.

Some of the best service I have found in Auckland in years for massage therapy, every massage therapist I tried was always very competent and amazing, and at reception they are very lovely! I have been going for 5 years and I very highly recommending it to anyone.
