I’ve been getting my lash extensions done by Chiaki for almost 4 years now. She’s always gentle, kind, and really understands the style I like. Basically my eyebrows were fine and pale. I went to Saya. She was brilliant. She took lots of time to show me the process, the colour and shape that would suit me. She made me feel very comfortable going through the whole process. The end result was fantastic. I love my new brows.
