Jess was so lovely and really listened to what I was after with my lash extensions, this resulted in lashes that I am obsessed with. Her studio set up was also comfortable and very relaxing which is so important when lying there for an hour or two

Saya is an absolute expert – she took the time to carefully map out the perfect shape for my face and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her attention to detail and professionalism were unmatched. The results are stunning – my brows look so natural and beautifully defined! So far, the healing process has been smooth, and the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’m already looking forward to my touch-up appointment!

Very friendly staff and I love how they took their time with my eyebrows, no rushing. Plus, usually my eyebrows go very red and swell up after waxing but surprisingly it didn't this time, which was great. Lots of care was taken, highly recommend.

I am 74 years old and this was my first experience in having my brows done, Saya was very professional and made me feel at ease.
