Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session. Overall, glad I went with my gut. Would be back

I came in on two separate days, to remove my old lashes and then to get a fresh set the following day. The advice, environment, the staff and the service were all top notch! I absolutely love my lashes. I’ll definitely be back ☺️

It's the least painful waxing experience I have had so far. It was painful, however, in comparison to other experiences, it wasn't as painful. The lady was also gentle.

I had such a great experience with Otu. You can truly feel the care she puts into her work. She made me feel completely at home, and our conversations were both insightful and refreshing. The waxing itself was quick, thorough, and less painful than I expected. I’m so glad I found her. Highly recommend.

The hamam experience and scrub was great. I will be back for that. My massage was not great. The lights were not dimmed, the room was cold, no aromatherapy. My masseuse’s phone went off multiple times and she even answered it once!

I also bought shampoo and conditioner at 20000 nayra you didn’t mention it in the email 😅, My comment that your staff are professional and friendly but your material need to be cleaned like the sheet that you put on the clients when you color the hair and the towels smells not good.. otherwise everything was good and for sure will come back in the future , thank you.

Had a great experience here. Angel was very nice and gave a great waxing service. My other service was BIAB nails and she was so accommodating and professional. Customer service was stellar here. I’ll definitely come back.

I had a beautiful experience, even though it was my first time getting facials and waxing. I truly enjoyed both the service and the overall experience. When my card declined at payment, I was given time to relax and resolve the issue, which I appreciated. After my treatments, I was able to rest for a while before starting my journey back home. And yes, I got home safely a few minutes ago. Thank you!
