I’ve seen Kotori twice now, and as I have fibromyalgia let me tell you I know massage. Kotori gave me the most caring, deep and wonderful massages of my life and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I’ve been looking for a new masseuse since moving to Sydney and Hannah far exceeded all of my expectations. The whole experience was completely serene from start to finish, which is often not the case with remedial massage. Hannah is incredibly talented and really helped to work out the knots in my back that were causing pain and tension headaches - have already booked in again for weekly sessions with her!

I started seeing Saila at InBody Clinic two months after having my baby. I felt exhausted, with diastasis recti, back pain and very little core strength. Saila created a personalised postpartum recovery program combining gentle massage, lymphatic drainage, INDIBA radiofrequency and specific abdominal exercises. Week by week, I’ve felt stronger and more supported. She truly understands the postpartum body and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend her for postnatal recovery.

My lymphatic restorative massage was INCREDIBLE. Cass has the best energy and the space itself (shoutout Bronte Dispensary) was clearly created with a lot of love and intention. I would absolutely book another massage with Cass and recommend that you do too!

Ngaire is warm and caring . My massage and Reiki left me feeling lighter and less anxious . I would recommend her should you need some relief in any way .

Loiany was extremely professional and attentive, knowing exactly where to apply the right pressure to relieve all body tension. I left feeling completely relaxed, light, and renewed. Without a doubt, one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back!

I had one of the best sports massages I’ve ever had with Elizabeth. I came in with a really sore knee from running and could hardly walk when I came in , and I walked out of there feeling great and ready to run again. Definitely recommend

I booked Varda Spa for 9 girls for a massage during a hens weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were organised, on time and the massages were to die for! The massage area is so quiet and peaceful, and the champagne and chocolates were also such a thoughtful touch. It was relaxing and such great value. Our bride loved it!

One of the most relaxing massages I've had. Yet still firm pressure. Finished with a facial and head massage. Incredible! And couldn't get a nicer person than Cass, who makes you feel so calm and relaxed. Definitely be back soon!

While transiting to Sydney, I badly need relief for my chronic leg injury, which requires constant trigger release. Taking a chance on Zen Japanese Massage Health Hub (Level 2, Room 203) proved to be a wise decision. I now have a go-to spot for treatment in Sydney. I booked a session with Hugo, he managed to hit all my sore spots, offering significant relief! Hugo's personalized approach and evident expertise made this session a valuable.

After having a caesarean birth, my scar post recovery was left with quite a prominent bulge. I’d heard that this is common and can take time to go down but after a single appointment at the Calmm, I’m already seeing such a noticeable change in sensitivity, tightness and re-displacement of fluid so the bulge has lessened. Jessie also worked her magic hands through some lymphatic drainage over my mid section and I left feeling tighter, slimmer and less empty inside. I look forward to another treatment to continue the recovery process.

So amazing! Beautiful space and lovely, skilled therapist. I had the sculptural face massage as l often clench my jaws and get migraines. It was so nice to switch off for the session and have a massage dedicated to these muscles. I usually book in for skin treatment facials and I always wish those massages they provide at the end went for longer... until I found Hannah. If you're like me then | 100% recommend to treat yourself to this treatment💛
