It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Actually my nails look amazing, but I noticed this evening I have a chip on the one nail. Strange though because I didn't do anything that could have chipped it. I will probably pop in on Saturday if you're available. Otherwise my brows,lip and chin beautifully waxed. 🤩

Beautiful salon with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The back and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing, and the hydrating facial was one of the best I've had—so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. THE best beauticians in Town. Lee-Anne, Wendy and Sam are caring and personable, creating a very warm welcoming environment. Had a amazing facial done by Claire . She was informative in what she was doing throughout the facial. When she used the steam , she made sure that it wasn't to hot and that I was okay. My skin feels amazing and will definitely be back for another facial!

The whole experience is calm, professional and reassuring. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing and she doesn’t rush the process. I always leave feeling confident and well looked after. The women in this salon are friendly, warm, kind and very talented at what they do. A house of beauty which offers a one stop shop of treatments that make you feel transformed. I left with my hair healthy and nourished, Thanks Chandre! The little touches of facial waxing completed the full look and this technician was gentle, quick and accurate. It was nice to know I'm in safe hands and look forward to booking in the future for different treatments. As a newcomer to the city, it was nice to see regular return customers and the friendliest receptionist makes each guest welcome and appreciated.
