Had eyebrows tinted and waxed. Upper lip and chin wax. Then a lovely 30min hot stones massage. Absolutely wonderful. April is very professional and amazing at her work. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Absolutely lovely lady

Charlotte is a lovely beautician who is both professional and friendly; she always makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. My skin is absolutely glowing, and I can visibly see and feel that it’s less puffy. For the quality of service you get, the treatment is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

She makes you super comfortable with the waxing, and super happy with both lash lift & brows. Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair

Had an amazing experience with Courtney this AM having booked in extremely last minute 11 hours prior. The whole experience was thoroughly calm and each step was communicated with me. I had 3 treatments (lash lift and tint, eyebrow tint and wax and upper lip was) I will be back for future treatments Courtney was amazing!
