I recently had my first waxing appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. Harriet took her time to explain everything before getting started and throughout the session, made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay. Harriet’s calm and friendly approach made what I expected to be a stressful experience actually feel very relaxed. For anyone who’s nervous about waxing for the first time, I can’t recommend enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first visit to Emma and it was brilliant. Emma is so warm and welcoming, and was able to accommodate some last-minute skin concerns with no trouble at all. The buccal massage was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who is feeling tension and puffiness in their face. The difference was immediately noticeable - my cheekbones appear more sculpted and the puffiness is gone. The cupping treatment was lovely and relaxing. My skin is feeling rejuvenated
