Made to feel very welcome and at ease. I then had back, shoulder and neck massage which was fantastic just the right amount of pressure, I had this combined with a facial and Indian head massage OMG this was so relaxing the whole experience was amazing. Had such a great time getting my first Brazilian wax with Alice, I was super nervous as had a bad experience years ago. Alice put me at ease instantly and there really was minimal pain.
