Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I can't fault Priti she is amazing and soo professional and polite.. I have a lot of facial hair and come to wax multiple times a month . . She always takes her time and never rushes me I feel so comfortable.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. The wonderful HA Laser experience, now in Southampton! The new salon is gorgeous, just like Basingstoke but bigger. I went at lunchtime, and there was plenty of parking, and minutes from the motorway, perfect for lunchtime treatments! See you all in 5 weeks 🤩

He was very gentle and careful, making sure everything was perfect and pain-free. The results are incredible — my skin looks fresher and years younger. I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care. I had a luxury facial with Michelle and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. I had my first GeneO facial with Robyn and I am so amazed with the results. My skin is so smooth and soft and actually glows!! Robyn explained everything to me and put me at totally at ease. Highly recommended and if you’ve been tempted to try it, book it now!

Brilliant service. Had PDO threads. Krystian made me feel very relaxed about the procedure and explained everything very clearly. No pain and love the end results. Would highly recommend. He also gave me a free ice lolly in the extreme heat. Lol!!!
