I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!
