Jordana is honestly the best. I never tend to return to the same place but ive been going here consistently for over a year now and will happily continue to travel to Southampton for this. The facials are great, I feel I'm actually getting my money's worth rather than paying someone £££ to apply some cream to my face - my skin has improved lots with Jordana and she gives great advice. The travel stories and the laughs are also a massive bonus!

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Rose is a super beautician. She is very polite and attentive and listen to the requirements of the client. I thoroughly enjoy the body massage and facials done by her. I have been using the salon for last 2 years and have no complaints. I recommend others to try too.

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!

I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care.
