Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Where can I start. As I entered Kirsty’s treatment room I felt immediately calm. Kirsty welcomed me making me feel very special. Her treatment couch is so warm and I completely relaxed. I opted for a hydrating facial after a short discussion with Kirsty.

I am so glad i meet kirsty. she's given me 2x facials now and honestly i have never felt so relaxed before. Sarah was lovely. Amazing experience! Feel totally relaxed after my luxury facial which included a back and shoulder massage, Sarah applied just the right pressure. The products used smell divine. Have booked another. Highly recommend.

Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

Absolutely blown away with the Spa Retreat Facial. Jess knows me so well after only a few months, recommending treatments with a massage element. I tried this for the first time today and I’ve come home feeling uplifted and energised. Jess has chosen my next treatment at random as a surprise as I really don’t think I could be disappointed with any of the treatments she offers. I think I’m working my way through the list now 😆

My first time with this and it was fab - it felt like a facial with benefits. I knew I had some hair on my face but this has made all the difference to my make up going on smoother. I cannot speak highly enough of Alicia. She listens to all your skin concerns, is reassuring and kind and clearly has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw on. Her treatments are one of a kind and the best facials I’ve had, combining lovely products with a complete relaxation experience. Her aim is to also treat you holistically which I really like. On top of all that, she is a lovely person who puts you at ease straight away. I have and will continue to recommend Alicia to everyone.
