Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Had an extraction facial at Aura Whiteley and it was a really nice experience. The massage was honestly super relaxing and the ambience was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Would definitely go back 😊

Absolutely blown away with the Spa Retreat Facial. Jess knows me so well after only a few months, recommending treatments with a massage element. I tried this for the first time today and I’ve come home feeling uplifted and energised. Jess has chosen my next treatment at random as a surprise as I really don’t think I could be disappointed with any of the treatments she offers. I think I’m working my way through the list now 😆

Samantha is such an intuitive practitioner who always considers every detail, making the whole experience from start to finish relaxing, empowering, and deeply purposeful. I experienced Reiki energy healing, sound bath healing, and a third eye pressure point facial massage, each one was amazing and realigned me in it's own way. Samantha’s kind and gentle nature, combined with her skill and expertise, made the sessions incredibly special. Ellie is very knowledgeable about skincare and talks you through each part of the facial as she is doing it. She is so lovely and I really look forward to my monthly facials with her.

A lovely and relaxing facial. Ellie is a lovely warm person who is easy to chat away with. She also explains each step of the facial and is very knowledgeable.

I have just had the most incredible luxury facial with hot stones add on at Keel & Calm with Anna, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The treatment took place in the peaceful cabin, tucked away with a gentle water feature just outside. Such a tranquil setting, it felt like I was miles away from the world. Anna, as always, was warm, professional - a true expert at what she does. By the end of the treatment I felt like I had floated away. I left feeling completely relaxed and my skin was glowing.
