Kate has literally transformed my skin and my confidence. When I first found Kate I was suffering with awful redness, rashes and spots and my confidence was at its lowest. A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Its always a little nerve wracking going to a new therapist for massage and facials etc. I saw Natalie this week for the Full body lymphatic massage & lymphatic lift facial. I also added in a cheeky dermaplaning. It was the most wonderful experience! Natalie was instantly warm & welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much of a problem & Natalie explained everything fully. Unfortunately i couldn't try the LED as i am photosensitive due to meds. Natalie took my safety & health as a high priority. The results from the treatment are incredible & i will be coming regularly.

I have recently moved to the area and am looking for regular beauty treatments. (I am also a qualified beautician). While Jade was a friendly, helpful and competent beauty therapist, the facial was lacking in many ways. I would expect to see machines (eg.TriPollar Stop) microneedling and certainly more attention paid to the neck and decolletage. There was a mask applied but then I was left alone - no foot rub or shoulder massage. The beauty rooms are beautiful and you have fantastic staff, therefore I would love be a returning satisfied customer. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. She also wrote down what she recommends for my skin to help it improve- no hard sell or pushing. The facial was lovely and relaxing! My skin felt amazing and glowy when leaving. Very happy!
