A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Its always a little nerve wracking going to a new therapist for massage and facials etc. I saw Natalie this week for the Full body lymphatic massage & lymphatic lift facial. I also added in a cheeky dermaplaning. It was the most wonderful experience! Natalie was instantly warm & welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much of a problem & Natalie explained everything fully. Unfortunately i couldn't try the LED as i am photosensitive due to meds. Natalie took my safety & health as a high priority. The results from the treatment are incredible & i will be coming regularly.

The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. I had microneedling and the LED light therapy mask facial at The Glow Clinic with Vic about a month ago. My skin was glooowing the days afterwards and the redness only lasted 24 hours. over the last month my scars and marks have faded so much. I was nervous at first as I hadn’t had it done before but Vic was so kind and friendly and I felt super comfortable as she was explaining the best fit facials for my particular skin condition and issues as I initially went in for a peel. I had a botanical facial with Amrita, I was in Cardiff for the weekend and wanted to treat myself! The location was really nice easy to get to and super easy to book! Amrita was really friendly and super lovely which made me feel at ease, and the room was calming She used amazing Neil yards products which we used sensitive ones for my sensitive skin, it was fab and my skin felt great after, She also doesn’t leave you which most facials do, instead there was lots of lovely additions like a shoulder massage and some sound bowls, I’ll definitely be back when im next in Cardiff Thankyou!! 💗

I had the most incredible experience having a facial treatment with Ceri. From start to finish the whole treatment was so relaxing. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, which made it even easier to fully switch off and enjoy the experience. It was the perfect combination of a luxury spa treatment and results-driven skincare. I could see an immediate difference afterwards - my face was much more defined and my skin had a really radiant glow. I’m officially hooked and will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Amazing!!!! I’ve had 3 carbon facials with IPL and the difference in my skin is amazing. I have basically no texture on my skin, and it looks like I have make up on when I don’t because my skin looks so clear and healthy. All fine lines gone and it helped to clear up some spots I had. I fully recommend Caz, she’s so lovely and very professional! I’d never had a carbon facial or laser before and she made me feel very at ease. I can’t wait to book in again for another treatment.
