The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. She also wrote down what she recommends for my skin to help it improve- no hard sell or pushing. The facial was lovely and relaxing! My skin felt amazing and glowy when leaving. Very happy! For the first time in 6 years it was lovely for someone to actually take note of my skin issues and look at it.
