I had the most incredible experience having a facial treatment with Ceri. From start to finish the whole treatment was so relaxing. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, which made it even easier to fully switch off and enjoy the experience. It was the perfect combination of a luxury spa treatment and results-driven skincare. I could see an immediate difference afterwards - my face was much more defined and my skin had a really radiant glow. I’m officially hooked and will definitely be returning on a regular basis. I have recently moved to the area and am looking for regular beauty treatments. (I am also a qualified beautician). While Jade was a friendly, helpful and competent beauty therapist, the facial was lacking in many ways. I would expect to see machines (eg.TriPollar Stop) microneedling and certainly more attention paid to the neck and decolletage. There was a mask applied but then I was left alone - no foot rub or shoulder massage. The beauty rooms are beautiful and you have fantastic staff, therefore I would love be a returning satisfied customer. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

I had microneedling and the LED light therapy mask facial at The Glow Clinic with Vic about a month ago. My skin was glooowing the days afterwards and the redness only lasted 24 hours. over the last month my scars and marks have faded so much. I was nervous at first as I hadn’t had it done before but Vic was so kind and friendly and I felt super comfortable as she was explaining the best fit facials for my particular skin condition and issues as I initially went in for a peel. Very happy with my results, Thank You!

The appointment was amazing, sha made me feel so comfortable and not ashamed at all, I loved her work and her patience and how she was getting everything handled with patience and giving it the right time and attention. Best wax experience i’ve had so far in Cardiff would deffo recommend it!!! x
