Tried the poultice and naval candling- both so lovely! The poultice massage offers something different for the muscles in your arms and legs. Equally the naval candling is so much more than that, massage, a mask and a head massage while the mask is on

Cait is always so welcoming and friendly, I’ve been a few times now and recommended her to all my friends and family.
