Truly a spa like feeling, Emily was fantastic and took into consideration my skin type and allergies/sensitivities. The treatment wasn't rushed at all, and I felt so comfortable. I'm usually very afraid of needles, and I had the microneedling done with no problems at all because I was so relaxed and trusted her wholeheartedly. She used correct PPE and had all single-use materials (not always a given at an at-home salon). Im looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Could not recommend her more!

Kate has literally transformed my skin and my confidence. When I first found Kate I was suffering with awful redness, rashes and spots and my confidence was at its lowest. I had monthly facials with Kate and she gave me an at home routine that has completely transformed my skin in a year. I now go makeup free most days and I look forward to my monthly trips to see Kate, who is so friendly and welcoming. Her salon is stunning and the little touches Kate has thought of make visiting even more special. I recommend Kate to all of my Brides who want a Bridal glow up and they all love her too.

I recently had an appointment with Emeera, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She’s so friendly and chatty, which instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your appointment. Her beauty shed is absolutely gorgeous — clean, tidy, and beautifully set up. Emeera took the time to clearly explain each step of the process for my acrylic nails, waxing, and eyebrow tinting, including the products she used. I really appreciated that she ensured a patch test was done beforehand — it shows how professional and thorough she is. I absolutely love my Halloween-themed nails! 💅

Molly was absolutely lush from the second I walked in, felt really comfortable and like I’d known her my whole life. Had a blow dry and my make up done and I’ve never felt more glam in my life. Such a lovely girl and the salon is beautiful too!

I had a great experience with Anja, from first meeting she was super friendly and welcoming. She talked me through everything about the treatment, and was happy to answer any questions or concerns I have. The laser hair removal itself hurt a little as expected, but Anja was very considerate and would stop or apply cold if I had any discomfort. I've had very positive results since my first treatment. The salon itself is bright and clean, and very close to the train station, so very easy to get to. I highly reccommend Anja Gosha to anyone considering the treatments! :)

A really lovely treatment with lymphatic drainage facial, and micro needling. Left the gorgeous salon with a tingly red face which is not unexpected, and I am looking forward to seeing the results in the next few days.

Amazing salon and wonderful staff

This was my final (12 of 12) appointment with Sam for laser facial hair removal. As always, Sam was friendly, personable and great at her job. Her salon is always very clean and inviting, and it is a pleasure attending for appointments there. The results of the treatment plan have been very noticeable - a significant reduction in the growth of facial hair and slowing of growth for what remains. I'm really pleased with the results.

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

Em stepped in when a different salon cancelled our appointment just before our holiday. Wonderful communication before our appointment and lovely environment for our treatments. We’re so pleased with our nails and will definitely return!
