This was the first appointment I booked with Beauty box and I was a little nervous going for a wax with someone new, but I shouldn’t of been. The lady who waxed me was so friendly and professional. I now have a new place to go for my waxing 10/10! 100% recommend this place for waxing

Jo is so, so welcoming, making you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She is knowledgeable and professional and although she offers an ever increasing range of treatments and procedures, there is no pressure, she just wants you to feel good about yourself, which I did as I left the salon today with my new brows, (lost through alopecia). No more pencilling them in every morning, for at least 6 months, bliss! I thoroughly recommend you give JM a whirl! Just fabulous!

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

My appointment was with Paige and this was the first time I chose to have nail art, supplying a photo of the design I wanted. Paige discussed all aspects - nail shape, colours and finish to be used and then meticulously went to work. The finished article is far superior to what was shown in the photo I supplied and I love them. I have received numerous compliments and am only to happy to let friends and colleagues know where I had my nails done. As always, my experience at this salon was superb - clean, bright, welcoming and all the staff are so friendly, being happy to chat while they work.
