I have recently moved to the area and am looking for regular beauty treatments. (I am also a qualified beautician). While Jade was a friendly, helpful and competent beauty therapist, the facial was lacking in many ways. I would expect to see machines (eg.TriPollar Stop) microneedling and certainly more attention paid to the neck and decolletage. There was a mask applied but then I was left alone - no foot rub or shoulder massage. The beauty rooms are beautiful and you have fantastic staff, therefore I would love be a returning satisfied customer. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

I had my first facial and microneedling appointment today with Pippa and it was such a great experience. The whole treatment was very relaxing, and Pippa was extremely informative throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and putting me at ease. Beautiful facials with Jo. The perfect balance between deeply relaxing and excellent penetrating skin correction. The massage was blissful for my aching neck. My skin felt and looked significantly 'treated'. Will be returning regularly.
