I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension. I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Kim is a fabulous woman. Her studio is relaxing the minute you walk in. I had the best back massage, where Kim is surperb in finding and focusing. An endless massage until I felt relaxed and the beginning of healing. I know I need more work in certain areas and I shall be making more appointments. Worth every penny. Highly recommend Zen Botanical. Thank you Kim. My pedicure and manicure is tops, lovely colours to choose from.

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience today - I won the winter rest package experience through a local radio competition and it was such a lovely experience - I had never experienced any type of massage therapy before and I came away feeling very relaxed and refreshed and much more connected to my body too! Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Awesome experience! Really impressed. I have a severe skin issue and had a really thorough consultation. Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Relaxed atmosphere along side a relaxing treatment Learned about my skin and its needs. I have tried a number of treatments for my skin and this was the first treatment where my expectations were managed. Excellent! I had a full body massage after a two day cycle trip over the mountains and this was just what I needed. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the masseuse Tiwawan was very friendly, and the massage was perfect. I will be coming back again for sure!

I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x
