Every time I come into ballerina beauty, I’m welcomed and greeted with a smile. The staff are so friendly and attentive and always making sure I am happy with my pedicure, lash lift or whatever it is I’m getting. My experience with Katrina is always filled with calmness, serenity and kindness. I always fall asleep when I get my facials as she's amazing at what she does. From the way the room is set up to her offering me water, tea or even coconut water! Everything was great!

Kayla talked me through what she was doing, I originally booked for a double lash lift but she explained why just a regular lash lift would be better for my lashes, (which I appreciate over just doing it regardless, it showed how much she cared about the results!) and also went over what shape curl would be best for my eye shape. Will definitely be back again! :)

I need to do a shoutout to the new chair setup at the salon, it is a game changer. It was so comfortable especially when I am now into my third trimester with very tired legs and sore back. Pedi was amazing as per usual.
