Upon arrival my mum and I were greeted by the team with a warm welcome. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. They advised us on what treatments each of us should have based on our specific needs. I had the most wonderful experience with Emma for my hair spa and facial. She is incredibly talented, patient and so attentive to every detail. I recently had my second Sunekos biostimulator treatment with Tina, and once again, the experience was exceptional. Tina is highly professional, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Her injection technique is meticulous and remarkably gentle, minimising discomfort during the treatment. After the procedure, she applied a hydrating mask followed by Healite therapy, which significantly reduced swelling and allowed me to continue with my normal daily activities with minimal downtime.
