I’ve had the best experience at Seoul Skin Clinic in Sydney. Kathy has been so kind. My consultation with her was very thorough, and she was very knowledgeable. I’ve felt truly welcomed and comfortable. I had my first IPL Lumecca session with Zoe, and she was incredible: very patient with my questions and highly professional. My skin felt great afterwards. I can’t recommend Seoul Skin Clinic enough. The facilities are very modern, and everything feels intentional and polished. It’s a very calming place.

I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

Got remedial and back massage from Cathy and it was really helpful for my stiff neck and shoulders. She asked me various questions to understand the issues and tailored the massage accordingly. She used her knowledge of the muscles anatomy to help release them, even the deeper muscles. Hands down one of the best remedial massages I have had in Sydney! I feel more mobile after the massage. I would recommend trying her remedial massage.

Came in for a couples Japanese head spa and it was such a treat. Kara welcomed us warmly and explained everything on offer. Audrey did my treatment — gentle, attentive, and walked me through every step. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing and the head wash in the massage chair was a genuine surprise. Facial at the end was the perfect finisher. Decor is peaceful, location in Mosman is spot on, and the team is warm and inclusive. Great value. I'll be back for the cosmetic treatments.
